Hello! Marilyn Suttle and I are so pleased to share our customer service savvy with the front line - those of you who create the customer experience for businesses everywhere. From retail to business-to-business (b2b), the basics are the same - if you treat your customers with compassion and connection, you’ll create a positive experience. And repeatedly creating positive experiences is what will bring success - for the business and for you personally.
While I come to this effort from 20 years of b2b sales and customer service, the basic tenets that we’ll be sharing apply across the board no matter what type of business you’re in. We hope to bring you stories that will resonate, lessons you can use immediately and food for thought that you’ll want to share with others.
